Mission

The Office of Operations provides expertise, program management and creative solutions to support the IU School of Medicine.  We analyze information for executive decision-making, improve processes to ensure compliance, provide knowledge and assistance to internal and external constituents, and produce results.  We work to remove obstacles to reaching the school's mission and goals.

Vision

We will build a culture of greater collaboration among our constituents to provide the best possible service and operational solutions for the IU School of Medicine.  Our customers will understand our role and will seek us out for assistance and expertise.  We will be an exemplar to other medical schools across the country.
